Copperthorn Customs
Sterling Armory uses the highest quality of available materials. For most blades, 5160 and 6150 steel is used, and heat treated to HrC 52-54. Occasionally, 1075 steel is used as well, and always heat treated to the same HrC levels.
Our guards and pommels are made from 300 series stainless steel or 954 bronze, with integration of other materials such as mild steel and iron.
Grips and leathers are made from premium veg tan leathers, hand dyed, molded and tooled.
